Over The Shoulder® is the Smartphone Research platform created to dig deep into the daily lives of consumers to gather in-the-moment real feedback. I joined Over the Shoulder so that I could apply my background in psychology and my skills in designing & programming surveys in the most innovative and creative ways possible, through mobile research. I’m at the center of the day-to-day design & function of the Over the Shoulder smartphone ethnography tool and use consumers' “in-their-pockets” experiences to continuously help develop the OTS platform so it’s always at the leading edge of smartphone insight innovation. I coordinate all project aspects and manage vendors to ensure successful project completion and experience on all sides.

OnePoint Patient Care is a closed-door pharmacy that primarily serves Hospice programs. I was responsible for key tasks at the corporate office, including payroll, employee relations and benefit administration among other duties. • Processed bi-monthly payroll for 187 employees across 5 states using ADP payroll systems.• Was a main point of contact for employee concerns relating to benefits, payroll, employee relations, and policies.• Created procedures of process improvement for on-boarding and payroll.• Developed surveys concerning benefits, employee opinion, customer service, and performance evaluation. • Managed employee HRIS and recordkeeping by processing employee on-boardings through termination.• Traveled to OnePoint pharmacies to serve as HR liaison and manage employee relations. • Created training material on HR Compliance and Policy topics.

• Administered benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and COBRA.• Established an annual company-wide Employee Opinion Survey to gauge several employee performance aspects and opinions. • Matched role competencies with jobs in preparation for Performance Appraisals and assisted in the implementation of the Performance Appraisal Process.• Was part of a team to create and implement a Performance Appreciation Program that included all Applus+ locations across the country. • Took part in interviewing new hires applying to Applus+ positions. • Assisted in processing payroll for 800 employees across 3 states using Ceridian payroll systems.

EKI is a technology consulting organization that works with many retail and State organizations. I assisted the Human Resources department with strategic and daily functions. • Researched and learned to interpret and apply a wide variety of human resource management theories, laws, procedures, and practices. • Assisted in the research, cost analysis and implementation of a Web Based automated performance management process and eLearning tool.• Learned and observed other administrative tasks such as payroll processing and reconciling to general ledger; benefits administration, salary reviews, 401K plan management and flexible spending accounts.• Created performance management appraisal forms that more closely met the organization structure/needs.
