From leading and managing teams to designing and delivering learning and development interventions, I have steered through a variety of challenges. My experience as an Assistant Director at ICMA - Centre of Excellence has allowed me to work closely with companies, design and deliver learning interventions, and manage tender-based projects. In my previous role as Project Head and Lead Facilitator at Arslan Larik & Co., I led and managed the entire sales and non-sales team, conducted awareness webinars, and made strategic decisions resulting in an increase in revenue and business growth. Along with global certifications in NLP and Success Coaching, I am currently pursuing an MBA in HRM.
