Program Manager for the Hughes supplied, Ground Network Development for the ONEWEB Project.

Deputy Program Manager of the Ground Segment Deliverables for the MEXSAT project for the Secretary of Communications and Transportation for Mexico. Responsibilities include managing a team of 50 people covering all phases of the project from system design, production and delivery of turnkey systems (satellite gateway stations and user terminals), all the way to over the air testing, network rollout and commercial operation. Daily tasks include establishing program management plans and work package descriptions, reviewing and reporting against WBS tasks with the engineering team and customer, cost forecasting and actual reporting against cost to completes, reporting and forecasting against baseline schedule and critical path analysis, managing and tracking HW and SW orders in SAP, weekly reviews and managing of subcontractors, risk management etc.Business development, marketing and implementation of new Mobile Satellite Systems for voice and data services. In addition, programmatic and warranty management support role for other MSS customers such as THURAYA, Globalstar, TerreStar and ICO.

Contract with Space Systems Loral for ICO Satellite Systems. Responsibilities included overseeing ICO contract, managing team of 20 to 30 people (engineering, operations and finance) covering all phases of the project from system design, production and delivery and acceptance of the first of a kind Ground Based Beam Forming (GBBF) system and satellite gateway system.Key activities include financial and technical proposal development, project planning and management, writing and evaluating technical specifications, risk management, concurrent engineering and product line management in SAP, customer negotiations, managing key subcontractors (i.e. FEI, SED Systems), scheduling and resource tracking in MS Project, strategic planning and financial management (Cost to Completes) and market and business development.

Program Managed 3 separate but inter-related contracts for TerreStar Communications Networks awarded to Hughes on Dec 2005. Responsibilities included managing a team of 60 (engineering, operations and finance) covering all phases of the project from system design, production and delivery and acceptance of the second Ground Based Beam Forming (GBBF) system and satellite gateway system.

Worked on Program Team from Marketing Stage through Proposal Submission to Final Contract Negotiations and Award of a contract for a new DSL+ Packet Data GPRS Mobile Satellite System for THURAYA, an Etisalat subsidiary in UAE. Led Program Team from Marketing Stage through Proposal Submission to Final Contract Negotiations and Award of a contract for a new Packet Data GPRS Mobile Satellite System for THURAYA. Contract was awarded on January 2004 and delivered on time on Dec 2004.

Led Program Team for a new Packet Data GPRS Mobile Satellite System for Inmarsat Ltd. As one of the Program Managers for the Inmarsat Regional Broadband Global Area Network-(RBGAN) performed all PM duties. For the last 4 months managed the program locally from the Earth Station in Fucino, Italy Led Program Team and acted as Program Manager for the Inmarsat Packet Data GPRS Geo-Mobile Satellite System (RBGAN) Migration to I4 Satellites program with similar duties as stated above.
