I worked in a team called Network Services which was responsible for designing, developing and maintaining software that integrated with various network equipment. The focus areas for the team were DSL/VoIP/MPLS provisioning services, number portability services and billing mediation. Tech stack was mostly Java, Perl, TCL,.NET, PHP, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL.

I worked in the Research & Development department at WBS for the summer 2006 and January 2007. The main focus of my work at WBS was to develop a system for network traffic control and bandwidth management. This involved applying advanced routing techniques in Linux and developing rules for traffic control, queuing mechanisms and QoS.
