* Following the demand plan, forecasts to manage pipeline replenishment to ensure timely product availability in market. ( both controlling demand & production planning )* Managing supply planning (with all European suppliers); Take the required output from source units S&OP processes regarding short & mid run supply availability & ensure to take required actions for product availability for both Chocolate & Petcare categories.* Managing 3rd party customs broker/tracking customsclearance/dealing with customs file and product availability) to ensure on time products clearance from customs* Manage 3rd party transportation company to ensure on time & right quantity product dispatches from source units for both categories.* Preparing the stock projection & cash projection for upcoming months to give the visibility for both Supply & Finance department* Responsible for the inventory & DFGO levels* Running SMR (Supply Management Review ) forums in the unit
