- Modelled polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) structures in liquids to assistexperiments and determine the best cleaning agent for silicon chips- Performed computer simulations of solid-liquid interfaces,subsequently feeding them to a database (SQLite), and usingmachine learning (Pytorch) to create a tool to help experimentalistsinterpret atomic force microscopy data- Extracted data from simulations of solid-liquid interfaces using Pythonand created 3D visualizations (matplotlib and numpy) which assistedexperimental work
