I independently formulated and established multiple monitoring systems and trackers from scratch allowing the company to better manage compliance moving forward. In addition to this, I continually supported Project Managers with scheduling, chasing and data reports – particularly presenting data to illustrate efficiency of a project as well as strengths/issues with subcontractors. Upholding maximal efficiency is essential, hence my diligent focus on recording all paperwork that passes through the office on all programs as required as well as investigating any unclear or missing data from the documents. Furthermore, I was responsible for administering interviews, assessments, and meetings and thereby developing my skills of organisation, independence and communication with both senior employees and candidates.I then moved to a Data role where I launched a six-week solo data entry project – reformatting all files on database individually in preparation for transfer to new system, I then led training sessions once the system was in place. This project relied upon working in extreme detail for long periods of time with consistent levels of efficiency and accuracy, whilst vigilantly maintaining data quality. Alongside this I independently produced regular reports according to monthly schedule, providing and analysing critical statistical information and proposing the impacts of this on the business. I also carried out detailed construction of new reports upon ad hoc data requests using Microsoft programs as well as Civica – this involved consultation with the requester, developing a draft report and then tailoring it as necessary to the needs of the requesters.
