Responsible for building out sales for CAMM Concrete- Define and exceed annual revenue & profit goals- Create and maintain relationships with key decision makers at all levels- Scale business while maintaining positive cash flow- Position CAMM as premier concrete contractor- Perform takeoffs, create estimates, quote projects, negotiate final contract price and terms. - Perform Project Management duties on large commercial projects.- Identify growth opportunities and create plans and internal processes to achieve them.

-Responsible for optimizing all aspects of business operations. -Identified shortcomings of legacy inventory and sales management software. Researched, chose, and implemented a new software which is tailored to the business's needs. This software helps us to make informed decisions, and frees up employees to focus their energy on core responsibilities.-Identified shortcomings of core business processes. Devised new processes, drew up the workflow, and taught employees how to implement the new purchasing, receiving, warehouse utilization and fulfilment workflows-Set new workflow implementation calendar, and communicated it to the staff. Set weekly, monthly and quarterly expectations for the company and communicate them to the staff-Perform profit analysis and ROI on a SKU level for investors-Ensure daily operations are running smoothly-Work with CFO to devise strategies and workflows which will give us the data necessary to understand the profitability of the business

Responsible for purchasing new product, vendor relationships, sales analysis, reordering and allocating stock to multiple sales platforms and physical warehouses, identifying and acquiring new products, and attending industry functions.
