• One-on-One Coaching • Advised High Seniors of their financial planning for College • Develop strategic, behavior-focused activities to help student meet their financial goals• Budget/financial planning • Leverage financial coaching techniques to assist student in achieving specific short-term and long-term financial goals• Develop reports and briefings as required• Identify appropriate ways to support student’s goal achievement using coaching skills (accountability, check in/follow up);

• Conducted an evaluation process that includes reviewing a Mentor’s lesson plan for a given day, observing them delivering those lessons, giving feedback and coaching on what is observed, following up with additional observation in the future, and modeling for the mentors as needed. • Modeling strong after-school instructions, classroom management, and youth development practices for new mentors who start working mid-year. • Leading planning meetings for grade level groups of mentors. (k-8th grade)• Coordinating Lead Teachers (Certified teachers who provide additional professional development to mentors)• Meeting one-on-one with mentors to co-plan lessons as needed• Collaborating with BGCP’s Directors of curriculum and the School Site Unit Director to support Mentors in appropriately implementing any pre-designed curriculum.• Substitute teaching for Mentors who were absent
