Then designed, tested, and implemented key study protocol and applet content changes to successfully launch the MindLogger EMA applet in the HBN study to hundreds of active users-Designed and built several behavior modification and diary applet prototypes with CMI clinicians and led a two-month pilot where we tested the applets with their patients-Designed, prototyped, and presented a behavior modification app called TokenLogger together with clinical experts

- Worked closely with users of the MindLogger platform to come up with requirements and designs that ensured successful delivery of EMA assessments to over 1000 participants in a research study.- Worked alongside researchers across the world to analyze actigraphy data, assess test/retest reliability, and devise new methods for obtaining more precise sleep metrics.- Organized/processed MRI, EEG, and actigraphy data from the Healthy Brain Network study of 10,000 kids and adolescents for quarterly data releases to the public.

- Presented to and collaborated with renowned researchers in the mood disorders, sleep, and circadian rhythm across the world.- Built a Shiny app to explore compliance and relationships in large EMA datasets.- Created numerous data visualizations and statistical analysis (GLMM, GEE) and organized them in Rmarkdown reports.- Worked closely with faculty from the biostatistics department at Johns Hopkins University to develop novel statistical methods of capturing time of day/day of week variability in intensively sampled longitudinal data.
