o Administrative: Back office (E-mail, Telephone, Social Network), assist and manage relevant contracts for the office like electricity, water, internet, and outsourcing companies, assist and manage office supplies, invoice issuance, and commission calculation. o Human Resources: Payroll and processing of authorizations of absence and database maintenance, information of employees in all aspects of human resources, reports on employee headcount, terms, new hires, and others things as requested, contribute to the integration of employees, organizing company events (Christmas/Easter party, anniversaries….). o Finance: Account Payable, Account Receivable, Treasury, support, and preparation of weekly, monthly and annual financial reports to the CFO. o Accounting: Analysis of financial statement accounts, calculation, and preparation of journal entries and balance sheet account, financial closing activities and prepared analysis and management reporting.
