Supervised the entire life cycle of multiple complex E-Discovery projects including analysis, set up, processing, production and quality control for up to 400 projects per month. Assisted throughout beginning stages of implementing E-Discovery services in the company. Supervised deadlines and production for up to 200-300 projects every month. Managed workflow between scanning operators and quality control operators, handled and supervised different types of document production, trained new hires, finalized billing portion of every project including labor and supplies.

Prepared Federal and State individual income tax returns and all relevant paperwork; conducted tax research.
