• Landscape Design Services: - Aiding consultants with various hardscape design proposals and detail drawings for hardscape materials in their projects which helped in specifying RAKNOR materials- Attending site visits and meetings with clients as required within project scope.- Managing a landscape draftsman and marketing team.• Business Development: - Develop & execute strategic business plan.- Researching and securing appointments with senior leaders in government entities, developers, consultants and landscape architects. Developed a database of qualified leads through referrals, cold calling, direct mail, email campaigns, and networking.- Listing RAKNOR in project specifications and vendor lists throughout UAE and GCC, like SOBHA.- Conducting meetings with all key stakeholders understanding client requirements and developing company’s product proposing new solutions to suit the market demand. Key responsibilities are to create and maintain consistent relationships in an ever-evolving environment with key decision makers.- Attending conferences and industry events, pursuing new targeted leads and moving them through the sales cycle. • Marketing:- Developing a marketing plan promoting RAKNOR Landscape Design Services.- Attending meetings, developing all marketing materials used to promote the business such as company profile, presentations, giveaways, sample boards, etc.- Social media marketingProject: Mairid Development / Marjan,Stantec, Orion- Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
