• Maintain & monitoring development for packaging item (Boxes; PE Film; PE Bag; Sticker and Instruction; Label & Tag; Accecories) for three factory (Bogor, Karawang & Tangerang)• Recap development progress for packaging item• Follow updates for packaging content• Study in details in terms of developing proccess• Learn item knowledges for better quality & saving cost idea• Recap & Filling PO Files • Communicate with other departmeent and supplier in terms of developing process• Daily incoming material estimate for packaging item more than 100 item in a day• Packaging monthly report

• Data analysis more than 30 purchase request, especially for packaging materials, local spare parts and part services in daily.• Request quotes to suppliers for required purchase requests by email.• Analysis more than 10 quotes in a day, for specification, quality, prices and lead time delivery with comparison at least two suppliers.• Coordinate with other departments for detailed requests (technical parameters) on non-standard items purchases.• Create more than 10 Forms Purchase Order in a day on system with complete supporting documents to get approval from authorized officials and send by email to suppliers and follow up the arrival of the items ordered to supplier according to the agreed delivery schedule.• Ensuring the arrival of items according to PO for quality, specifications and quantity with warehouse receiving department.• Do field visits for new suppliers to ensure supplier resource capability if needed.• Consolidate more than 100 PO and PR data in a week and put it in a detailed report.• Create budget analysis of purchase and coordinated to the finance department monthly• Create quality target document of procurement department monthly• Create supplier analysis > 100 suppliers, in the form of an Approved supplier list in once a year

• Provide maximum service more than 10 customers in the store every day to ensure customer satisfaction through the knowledge of existing products.• Managed storage locations more than 20 store products to create great visuals following merchandising guidelines.• Accurately collect tens of sales transactions per day in cash, debit and credit to support business operations.• Contribute to monitoring company’s performance through stock taking of goods, making recaps and recording hundreds of transaction data on a regular basis
