I am the founder of FirstThing, a company with a mission to establish high-quality energy infrastructure that enhances energy efficiency throughout entire premises. Since December 2023, I have been wholeheartedly leading the company as Chief Technology Officer. My primary focus is on developing revolutionary energy-saving solutions. I take pride in leading the development of our Smart Energy Tracking/Monitoring and Energy Saving/Reduction Devices, which play a crucial role in our pursuit of energy efficiency. I have personally supervised the creation of firmware for all our devices. As our team continues to expand, we have established two specialized groups to further enhance both our devices and firmware because we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technological innovation and operational excellence.

During my time at Futuregroup, I was involved in several projects. From December 2016 to September 2017, I served as the Lead Software Development Engineer for fabfurnish.com. My responsibilities included developing code fixes, overseeing major enhancements, managing Amazon Web Services for Hometown, and leading the team in development and third-party collaborations.Following that, from October 2017 to April 2018, I worked at easydayclub.in, where I not only continued my previous duties but also implemented geo-fencing for easyday stores. This involved integrating IoT hardware with various sensors to create a robust geofencing system, enhancing the overall customer experience and operational efficiency.From May 2018 to December 2023, I worked at hometown.in. During this period, I progressed from a Lead Software Engineer to an Engineering Manager. My responsibilities remained consistent, and I played a pivotal role in migrating the old Hometown website to a new one. Additionally, I was involved in implementing in-store endless aisle kiosks for customers, allowing them to check online products not available in stores and place orders from there.

During my time at Askmebazaar, I worked as a Senior Software Developer focusing on:- Restful API's creation and integration- Design and development of Askmebazaar's MySQL, Solr, and Redis structures- Implementation of a complete coupon system for multiple platforms- Handling complex Solr search queries and boosting score mechanism

During my tenure at Hindbuy, I was responsible for:- Customizing Magento to transform it into a comprehensive E-commerce website- Integrating various payment gateways- Incorporating logistics APIs, including Bluedart, for streamlined operations- Introducing Serviceability APIs to enhance functionality- Establishing the website on AWS for efficient hosting and management

During my time at Wings Automobile, I served as a senior hardware engineer, where I was responsible for working on Starter Motor Relays with 50-150A ratings in various models for 50-500CC engines. In this role, I focused on designing and testing these relays to ensure their efficiency and reliability in different vehicle models. My work involved conducting detailed analysis of relay performance under varying conditions, proposing design improvements, and collaborating with the team to implement these enhancements. Additionally, I was involved in the development of comprehensive testing procedures to validate the functionality and durability of the relays. My experience with these devices allowed me to gain a deep understanding of their intricacies and enabled me to contribute significantly to their performance optimization.

During my tenure at Vipassana International Academy, I held the position of Technical Support Engineer. While this role was a part of my responsibilities, my most transformative experiences occurred during my year-long stay at the Vipassana Center in Igatpuri. Devoting 4 to 6 hours each day to meditation allowed me to disconnect from the distractions of the outside world, leading me to gain a profound sense of focus and mental clarity about my future. This period of introspection and self-discovery was instrumental in shaping my personal and professional growth.

During my tenure at Teleysia Networks, I acquired comprehensive expertise as an RF Engineer, engaged in the deployment and optimization of both GSM and CDMA technologies. My role encompassed the meticulous testing and fine-tuning of mobile networks, affording me valuable insights into the complexities of radio frequency functionality. I refined my proficiency in comprehending signal propagation, conducting interference analysis, and enhancing network capacity to ensure uninterrupted communication for end users.
