~ Tackling the challenge of creating a Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) impact study of the Field Museum's restaurants and cafes via in-depth research and analysis of the local food aspect by providing a higher-level 5 year update of the Museum's Sustainable Food Operator Program.

~ Provided support to the Field Museum’s sustainability officer and Science Action Center for initiatives at the Museum, with an emphasis on those that connect the Museum’s operations into educational outreach and programming related to its operations of the Rice Native Gardens.

~ Diligently edited and submitted bills in an accurate and timely manner.~ Efficiently completed assigned, detailed tasks for 22 offices in order to prepare each location for monthly and quarterly billing.~ Promptly obtained backup requests for the 22 offices in order to submit them for billing purposes.~ Performed weekly AD-HOC projects for Accounting Manager including, but not limited to, credit card reconciliation for 22 offices, filing, and editing of bills.

~ Provided case-load of over 100 clients with information and access to a wide variety of support services in the areas of housing, outreach, shelter, employment, financial assistance and emergency aid.~ Engaged and pre-screened clients seeking admission to the Support Center including conducting orientation sessions of the Center and communicating Center expectations that ensured safety and security of staff and clients.~ Effectively utilized CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training to de-escalate mental health crisis situations. ~ Assisted clients with SSI/SSDI referrals, LINK/Medicaid applications, job development referrals, mental health referrals and referrals to the Career Passport and Homeless Prevention Programs.~ Functioned as company liaison by coordinating training schedules and providing referrals to PREVAIL, a partner organization offering job readiness, government benefit and financial counseling assistance to clients.~ Assisted in the training of AmeriCorps volunteers, MSW interns and management personnel.~ Managed the entire data entry process for client registration and services including submitting intakes, case notes, monthly reports, and benefits into the HMIS system.
