Most of our clients are foreign investors who wanted to open their representative office in Indonesia, move their plant/manufacture to Indonesia, or in the transition process after a merger or acquisition. The government offices that I work with are BKPM (Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board), the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Trade, and the Ministry of Manpower.I was also involved in the recruitment process (both for internal and clients’ needs). I administer psychological testing, conduct interviews, and make the recommendations and reports for the Director or the clients.
