Slingshot Memphis aims to create a demonstrable reduction in poverty by promoting a results-driven poverty-fighting ecosystem. Yoan Anguilet's role includes 1) developing the Slingshot Universal Algorithm to assess the social return on investment of virtually any social program, 2) implementing Slingshot’s data analysis and reporting system, 3) establishing Slingshot's Measurement Infrastructure assessment methodology, and 4) developing Slingshot's impact assessment web application. Additionally, he is part of the team that evaluates dozens of organizations across four program areas (education, early childhood/youth, stabilization, and jobs and economic security) on four dimensions: Benefit-cost ratio, Measurement Infrastructure, Best Practices, and Systems-Level Change.

Phase II programs (2017 to present): the objectives of Phase II are to encourage and interest young people in science and mathematics, to cultivate their passions and creativity, and to prepare them for emerging jobs. Tech Ninja: Extra-curricular program for training students in coding, electronics and robotics.Discovery workshops: Activities to explore technologies and scientific and mathematical concepts through hands-on activities.STEM Camp: An intensive program in engineering, innovation, robotics, science and mathematics taking place during holidays.Digital Culture and Citizenship A +: Program aimed at raising awareness among young people about the dangers of the Internet and promoting good practices in the use of technologies.Nkoma, online educational portal (2000-present): Online tutoring platform and repository of local and international educational resources.Digital Talents Incubator (ITN): In 2017/18, ACTE trained more than a hundred young dropouts in digital professions and facilitated their placement for jobs.

Phase I programs (2005-2018): aimed at developing local infrastructure, content, and capacities to support technology-assisted education.• Centers of excellence: ACTE has created a dozen technological centers in schools.• National e-education strategy: ACTE designed the first version of the national e-education strategy at the request of the Presidency of the Republic• Technology education training: Hundreds of teachers have received technology education training.• Design of digital content: In 2011 ACTE initiated the production of digital educational content in science and mathematics with the National Pedagogical Institute (IPN).• Computer Assisted Tutoring (TApO): From 2011 to 2014, the TApO program prepared hundreds of students for the end-of-year exams.• Science simulations: Since 2005, ACTE has collaborated with PhET of Carl Wieman, Nobel Prize winner in Physics, to translate its science simulations into French for the benefit of the whole world.• Computer-Assisted Experimentation: In partnership with IPN, ACTE is initiating the training of science teachers in scientific experimentation using computer simulations.• Communities of practice: Computer clubs aiming to interest students in technologies: coding, electronics, computer graphics, networks, etc.• Open-doors: promote public awareness on the role and importance of technologies in education.
