As a virtual assistant, I work on a variety of tasks, depending on the company type. I am usually involved in the organization and planning of the workflow among the rest of the team and management. Often, my services are needed in planning trips, presentations, and events as well as in basic accounting as I have a high command of Excel and previous experience.

Organizing events, workshops, and business gatherings. I take care of the whole communication beforehand and become their person of contact during the happening. I handle all the arrangements with outside companies, entertainers, and participants while delivering an impeccable experience.

My internship was in three different departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, Reception) and some of my main tasks included:- Taking care of private and public areas- Aranging reservation and private tours for high-end residents & guests- Check-in and check-out services

I was employeed for a second year by the Internation Ballet Competition on a higher position and my main responsabilities were:- Communication with catering and transport firms- Preparing the schedule for 15-member team- Daily cost reports

I spent 10 hours per week learning basic buffet skills for breakfast, lunch and dinner and practice in fine dining.

I have been tutoring German not only to beginners, but also to advanced students once a week.

I have taken part in the organization team being responsible for the rehearsal schedules of the competitors and finding solutions for all the unexpected problems concerning the stay of the participants.
