- Review and assess new client on-boarding requests received, together with coordinating with the Fund Administrator for the KYC / AML diligence efforts ;- Assist and support in correspondence with the various regulatory bodies, including FINMA and others;- Complete bank account opening and entity creation, together with maintaining authorized signatory list and subscription document requirements ;- Prepare regulatory audits to satisfy requirements from external licensing body ;- Support the overall risk and compliance management infrastructure of the group ; - Reports status for various internal governance committees ;- Ensure continued and timely compliance with all counterparties ;- Ensure internal databases maintenance ;- Ad hoc compliance and internal projects.

• Advisory to Swiss and international financial institutions in all banking and regulatory matters:- Particular focus on asset and fund management, custody, distribution, representation as well as all types of financial products and private banking.- Set up of asset managers, representative and distributors in accordance with the applicable Swiss regulation.- Preparation of asset deals, share purchase agreements and M&A operations.- Advisory for banking operations, in particular blank credits, commercial credits, construction credits and mortgage.- Analysis on AML compliance.• Analysis of the impact of international and cross-border rules in Switerland (FAFT, Dodd Frank Act, EMIR, AIFMD, etc.)• Other advisory activities in the fields of commercial law and corporate law.

• Granting of authorizations of institutions and approvals of documents of collective investment schemes required under the CISA and its two associated ordinances and monitoring compliance with legislative, contractual, statutory and regulatory provisions: fund management companies, Asset Managers, SICAVs and SICAFs, limited partnerships for collective investments, custodian banks, distributors, representatives of foreign collective investment schemes.• Supervision on investment principles of the various forms of collective investment schemes and the minimum content of the documents that require approval : collective investment agreements of investment funds, articles of association and investment regulations of SICAVs, partnership agreements of limited partnerships for collective investments, articles of association and investment regulations of SICAFs, corresponding documents of foreign collective investment schemes. • Supervision of International agreements and management of cross-border analysis with regard to the the distribution of funds in and from Switzerland.

• Calculation and reporting of tax values for Luxembourg/Switzerland investment funds, advisory work to collective investment schemes management and administrators (rules applicable to fiscal transparency, Fund-of-funds structures, investors' taxation, etc.), set up of a technical guide for investment funds managers.• Tax consulting and compliance for various international financial companies (negotiation of tax rulings, preparation of tax returns, calculation of tax provisions, assessment of tax invoices).• Advisory with regard to final withholding tax agreements between Switzerland and other jurisdictions. Other consulting tasks with regard to regularization of past fiscal situations.

• Advisory, mainly in the fields of Civil Law, Criminal Law and Commercial litigation. Filing of claims and counterclaims memorandums, assistance in front of Civil, Criminal and Administrative authorities and jurisdictions.
