I am passionate about fast-paced companies in multi cultural environments.My years at Nespresso taught me how a structured company is working and how to adapt myself to this structure, and most important, to all people working in. There, I also discovered the power of KPIs and analytics. Then, during my Master International Business Management at INSEEC Business School in Bordeaux, I had the opportunity to join Pitaya, the fastest growing food franchise company in France. I was glad to be part of the top 10 first employees, as Expansion Manager. As you can guess, building a company, its processes and its organisation from scratch was super exciting and intense. From 10 restaurants in 2018, we reached 70 restaurants in 2020. On the other hand, I was in charge of building all the tools, dashboards, KPIs, etc... and analysing them, to define a clear strategy for the company, for people in each teams and for our franchisees. In 2020, I joined byrd, an European 3PL company with an amazing multi-cultural team, and I discovered a new, challenging and exciting field, which is Logistic. After a year as an Account Manager and three years as Head of Account Management within byrd, I was promoted to Director of Account Management, for building and supporting the development of the Customer Success department.
