As a technical minded person, I have always been involved with challenging projects all over the engineering spectrum, ranging from software, hardware and mechanical implementations. Some of my previous work include CRM software build, robotics implementations, aircraft design and even aerodynamics optimization.It all started on my early years of studying at university, where I’ve made a point of choosing all of the challenging classes that would really engage my interest instead of going through the safe path of guaranteeing high grades. Certainly, this path was difficult at times, but it allowed me to expand my vision much beyond the point I otherwise would have been able to.The benefits of such approach were soon proven with my very fast ascension at my first formal position at a robotics company, where, within one and a half year, I rose from an intern position to become the product manager of the company taking care of their line of active products. Once it was time to exit the company, I organized their procedures and handed over a guidance book to orient the next product manager.Afterwards I went on to acquire my MBA and attempt my own robotics project. Despite the size of that project, I was able to handle the technical side without many issues and the main problems generally involved communicating and convincing the benefits of my work to other people. Once COVID started, I moved back to Brazil to help my family in their business.There, I was able to handle teams and processes with ease and after some time I got pitched to help creating a startup with specific characteristics. What they needed was a software solution, which became clear we wouldn’t be able to find on off-the-shelf products. That’s when I researched for options online and found Bubble.io. Within one and a half year I read all the documentation I could to learn Bubble’s framework and developed the startup complete solution, which I honestly believe to be fast, scalable and a great starting point for everything that the company wants to accomplish.It's now time to continue my journey and again I have the opportunity of adjusting my path. Given the options I'm now growing my own development agency to support businesses that want to enter the digital arena.
