Leading the development and implementation of the overall strategy Formulating and implementing the strategic plan, driving P4P into sustainable growth & profit.Maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards.Demonstrating the leadership necessary create and maintain the vision necessary for long term success.During 5 years of activity, we doubled the turnover and tripled the profit every year, and brought in the interest of new investors to create one of the best player in the market. We developed various growth strategies, creating and improving our private label Babysiter but also using OEM and Store Brand development strategy, supplying solutions to various local and international brands in the disposable absorbent product industry.

As the managing director of Amir Paper Products for nearly 10 years, I led the evolution of the company through various stages of development. My role involved strategic planning, crisis management, marketing and distribution, and helping the company adapt to a challenging market with a fierce competition against international major brands.

As a COO, I was in charge of the day-to-day operation of the entire production site, which involved basically working with all the departments, managing and leading people.I had to work closely with the technical department and the quality management team, review product consistency while monitoring scrap rates to determine trends and areas of improvement.My responsibilities involved as well:- Reviewing production schedules to maintain inventory levels and keep operating at the highest efficiency possible.- Monitor expenses and explore ways to reduce costs while maintaining quality standard.- Work with purchasing manager to develop and improve supplier relationships.- Collaborate with the sales department to coordinate on-time supply.

My job was to supervise the production line operations in accordance with APP policies and procedures.- Ensure smooth production operation during shift.- Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments & rotations.- Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.- Responsible to meet shift production goals.- Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications. - Reject products outside of specifications.
