As the managing director of Amir Paper Products for nearly 10 years, I led the evolution of the company through various stages of development. My role involved strategic planning, crisis management, marketing and distribution, and helping the company adapt to a challenging market with a fierce competition against international major brands.

As a COO, I was in charge of the day-to-day operation of the entire production site, which involved basically working with all the departments, managing and leading people.I had to work closely with the technical department and the quality management team, review product consistency while monitoring scrap rates to determine trends and areas of improvement.My responsibilities involved as well:- Reviewing production schedules to maintain inventory levels and keep operating at the highest efficiency possible.- Monitor expenses and explore ways to reduce costs while maintaining quality standard.- Work with purchasing manager to develop and improve supplier relationships.- Collaborate with the sales department to coordinate on-time supply.

My job was to supervise the production line operations in accordance with APP policies and procedures.- Ensure smooth production operation during shift.- Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments & rotations.- Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.- Responsible to meet shift production goals.- Responsible for quality control.
