I find it a great challenge to find a way to drive continuous growth of business until the Quality Control System and Supply Chain System were well built. Since then I focus on Quality Control and Supply Chain Management, I outsource the Quality Control to one of the most professional QC team, and work with a data-driving company to manage all my suppliers there. Therefore, I named my company QS ELECTRONICS.I'm a person believe things with logic and I always try to find the rules that lead to right result. When we do things in right way, we get right result. Electronic components market is full of trick and cheat, the experience of dealing with local market, the knowledge of all kinds of chips, the analysis of humanity, the more of those we have, the smoother we make great quality control.I've grown my skills in strategic sourcing, project management and trends judgement, the keys decide how far we can go is not how hard we work but the nature of the career we choose and how much we take action. Back to the components field, it is which field we choose to serve for that makes it how high our peak is. At present, I am finding ways to serve as many as possible end-users from Medical, telecommunications, and smart grids. Well, I also look for end users from other fields to serve for.We donate most of our time to the work, however, we shouldn't forget what we work for. I think it important to find what we are really interested in and spent a certain time on that. Cooking is one of my interests. Now I put more time into my other interests - reading, it always teaches us a lot and it is a very nice chance that we can "listen" to great people.
