CultureMIX is a multi-faceted company whose overall mission is to transform lives and bring understanding between peoples from differents cultures. My role in CultureMIX is to provide consulting through training and coaching in intercultural awareness.* Cross-Cultural Training - we help executives, their partners and children to successfully adapt and adjust to life and work and school in a new country and culture when relocating on international assignments: one or two day programmes, and Area Specialist sessions, in person or virtually, on such topics as, "French Business Culture & Etiquette", "Understanding Muslim culture", and, "Cultural Identity & Social Customs", for both France and the USA* Intercultural Training - we assist global leaders to enhance and further develop, " Cultural Awareness and Understanding", and, "Intercultural Communication Skills", and to learn how to, "Work More Effectively with a Multicultural Team" * Repatriation Training - we coach international assignees on the integration process, personally and professionally, of returning home* Other Services include: "Cruise In the City" Evaluations - we assess pre-training needs and measure post-training results during a day or two visit in Southern France.
