• Participate in coordination with the Management and General Management at the stages of planning and annual budget formulation according to the needs of the company.• PR, attendance at various national and international events for brand positioning, tracking customers, close sales.• Branding at IMPI.• Systematically perform the registration of movements generated by the policies of income, expenses and cash flow, registering them in the appropriate cost center.• Ensure availability of resources for the payment of obligations and submit proposals for rationalization of expenditure under the budget provisions.• Periodically analyze the statements of the company, preliminarily performing bank reconciliations for the purpose of issuing reports on the financial situation of the company.• Properly prepare tax documentation for the proper fulfillment of tax obligations, verifying timely payments are made to avoid surcharges offsets.• Verify that invoice payments to suppliers are made in a timely manner by verifying that negotiations on price, quality and delivery conditions are met accordingly.• Authorize checks and bank transfers as necessary in accordance with the payment obligations incurred by the company.• Participate in the quality management system, complying effectively with the processes assigned.• Provide effective monitoring collections verifying outstanding invoices• Regularly update insurance units.• Visits to national and international events with suppliers.• Purchases / inputs.• Prepare documents for international certifications.
