Convene and work with Advisory Board to ensure robust oversight. • Consultant, Rebuild Initiative (2016 - 2019) Provide logistical and strategic advice, facilitation, and direction to engage and incentivize regional philanthropy to invest in the City of Philadelphia’s Rebuild Initiative. Coordinate communications with multiple invested partners.

Oversaw strategic distribution of the Foundation’s $25 million discretionary and donor advised funds and led grantmaking team. Provided guidance to the Grantmaking Services Committee of the Board of Managers to ensure that programming and priorities remain relevant and in alignment with the Foundation’s mission and values. Convene nonprofit leaders and other funders to foster collective problem solving and design special initiatives that address capacity building needs in the nonprofit sector. National & Regional Initiatives: • Repositioning Fund: Spearheaded multi-funder regional initiative to create first pooled fund to support nonprofit strategic partnership efforts.
