Administrative• Developing annual operating budget for the preclinical safety service; analyzing and reviewing the budget and rebalancing the budget as necessary for each quarter based on study results.• Following up with financial commitments, business operation costs and projecting and planning future expenses for upcoming payments.• Following up on contracts and invoices, creating purchase orders, ensuring legal engagements by controlling compliance with master service agreements.• Providing general administrative support for preclinical safety service.Biological Samples Storage Management• Coordinating the needs of several departments within the organization concerning the biological sample storage management.• Developing Best Practices plan to effectively manage the biological samples lifecycle (Creation of SOP) and monitoring compliance to SOP.• Creation of a robust database system for Biological Sample Management. • Management of tasks related to Samples transfer (import /export permit of Biological Samples, Logistics, safety and compliance of biological samples transfer). • Selection of best method of storage (service and cost wise) in collaboration with theoutsourcing manager.
