Cisco Sports & Entertainment has developed innovative IP-enabled video solutions and services to enhance the fan experience in sporting venues and related verticals, including retail and transportation. I am responsible for managing executive-level relationships with technology leaders of these sporting venues, while overseeing the deployment and operations of these solutions. Currently managing the deployment of Cisco's StadiumVision, Connected Stadium Wi-Fi, StadiumVision Mobile and Content Monetization solutions at professional and collegiate stadiums/arenas, primarily in North America, including major events such as the NHL Stanley Cup playoffs and Super Bowl. Responsible for services scoping and selling, project management, and post-delivery relationship management following solution delivery.In addition to managing deployment and delivery of these solutions, I am responsible for developing and managing the services strategy and offer portfolio for Cisco Sports & Entertainment. Key responsibilities include: identifying service requirements working with Cisco IOT solution managers; creating service offers; developing SOWs and service descriptions; reviewing offers with key stakeholders in corporate legal, finance, operations; and launch. Since June 2015, I have introduced 16 new service offers to the portfolio, which represented over 70% of services revenue since inception.

Managed customer deployments for worldwide Service Provider customers on Cisco high-end routing platforms. Supported critical escalations impacting these SP customers' networks, acting as a direct liaison between BU engineering, Cisco TAC, account team and customer. Participated in all aspects of product development lifecycle to incorporate field lessons learned into Product improvements.Launched and chaired the SPTG Escalation Council from May, 2007 through June 2010.

Managed product development and sustaining engineering teams for MPLS Label-Switch Controller (LSC) and Traffic Engineering (TE). Created in-house customer escalation SWAT team, and initiated offshore sustaining team for MPLS LFIB.

Led team of engineers post-acquisition from SUMMA FOUR in developing Call Control software for the next generation switching platform (Sigma). Designed general resource administration model for Sigma, which was awarded a US patent.

Led a team of developers on VCO/4K project. Contributed to Live Upgrade, Japanese-ISDN, Fourth-column DTMF, and DTMF/DSP projects. Product lead for software release V4.2, responsible for driving all departments. The on-schedule delivery of this release leveraged an additional $3M in revenue for Q2FY98, approximately 30% of total revenue. V4.2 was named CTI Product of the Year, 1997.
