Led a team of Field Application Engineers in SEA who acts as Voice of customers, work closely with sales leadership and train FAES to provide excellent technical demonstrations for the field sales team to close deals, ensure customer ROI by providing training and after sales field support. Audit training facilities, training delivery, quality of training materials and coach FAEs.

Travel with sales team for technical demos and post sales training and support. Create technical contents and present Industry Specific Webinars, participate in Trade shows, write ROI reports for prospect and repeat customers. Work closely with customer support team and ensure customer queries are handled timely if not escalate for solutions.

Mentor and Coach Engineers, work with Sales and Customer Service to identify field feedbacks and incorporate ideas in Product Design and Development Phase, capture product usage and performance data to map different market Needs Analysis. Work with functional groups in R&D to manage NPI timeline, update Project progress to Principal and Chief Engineers. Monthly presentations to MD and other key SET Members.

7 years of experience in Production, Process and Quality, allowed me write detail Engineering Test Reports that outlines performance related to specific design change, prepare SOPs and Manuals for test procedure, work with CAD/CAM Engineers on Design and Development, FMEA - Failure Mode and Effect Analysis and ability work with all the stakeholders in a full NPI/NPD process.

As a Technician with R&D team, my primary responsibilities are to source samples from production/process team, build Prototypes, conduct performance tests, including Accelerated Reliability tests, prepare reports for further analysis on Coefficient of Performance(COP).

Production Technician, manage daily/weekly output by managing operators, periodic maintenance, service hydraulic/pneumatic conveyor robots, update of SPC charts, escalate quality issues work with Process Engineers for production line efficiency and minimize downtime.
