EVENT PLANNING & EXECUTION• Work with FIJI national events team to identify event opportunities that maintain and consistently communicate a compelling brand position to new and existing consumers.• Negotiate vendor contracts for POS and hosted dinners.• Manage contracted agencies for FIJI national sampling tours, observing all in-market activation with a few out of market spot checks. • Hire, train and manage brand ambassador staff for FIJI red carpet sampling activations (Emmy's, Golden Globes, SAG Awards, Movie Premieres, etc.) • Execute wine tasting events across California for JUSTIN and Landmark, serving as an ambassador for both brands. BUDGET MANAGEMENT• Manage the West events budgets, including monthly accruals, invoices, and annual planning. • Update and distributed events calendar to Events Team.• Participate in weekly team calls and one-on-one meetings with manager. STORAGE UNIT and EVENTS VEHICLE • Receive shipments and managed inventory for the FIJI events storage facility. • Create, processed and tracked product orders for FIJI, Justin and Landmark Vineyards. • Coordinated with event organizers and managed vendors, to ensure POS delivery for all events.• Utilize the FIJI events van to deliver product orders and event materials to event locations and key accounts.• Maintain the FIJI events van per manufacturer's maintenance schedule. Arranged for oil changes, inspections and general repairs.

TOUR MANAGEMENT• Served as traveling Tour Manager for programs varying in length from 4 weeks to a full year.• Managed all aspects of tour in market including budget, POS, staff training and detailed event recaps.• Touring Highlights: Hawaiian Tropic ‘Share Your Shimmer Tour’ - Los Angeles/Las Vegas/South Padre Island, TX • Set up 20' X 20' HT cabana or 10' X10' tent depended on location and event duration. • Facilitated the largest spike in “Likes” on the Hawaiian Tropic FB Page during Spring Break. Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water ‘Reboot Station Tour’ - Los Angeles/OC/SD/Santa Barbara • Hired and trained staff of 28 brand ambassadors to deliver new Arrowhead brand messaging. • Successfully served as MC for 36 events over 4 So Cal counties (Orange/Ventura/ LA/ SD). Lean Cuisine Flat Bread Melt: ‘Shecky’s Girls Night Out Tour’ - Chi/Boston/Phila/ATL/D.C. • Transported and constructed a large 14’ x 20’ ribbon structure in each market. • Executed each event to insure sure the consumer experience was perfect. Verizon V-cast “Secret” Fugees Concert - Los Angeles, CA • Drove branded Hummer w/ brand ambassador, supervising distribution of premiums. • As MC, encouraged passersby to do crazy things for tickets to the “Fugees secret concert.”

BRAND AMBASSADOR MANAGEMENT • Trained temp staff and communicated Verizon talking points. • Managed Staff of 40 Brand Ambassadors during concourse activation throughout each tour arena. TOUR PRODUCTION OFFICE• Served as the main production assistant to Account team on tour.• Setup up and tore down temporary production office at various sports arenas throughout the country.• Installed printers, setup Wi-Fi routers, assisted with phone line and signage instillation.• Supported Momentum staff with setup and tear down of concourse activation.• Kept inventory of event POS, managed their distribution during concert and patron entry/exit.
