Embarking on the adventure of founding a Yoga Community is not something I have done before. However, it is what unites my passion, my skills, my mission and the future for this planet. I believe in this cause. With the founding of the Yoga Community, I feel more alive than I have ever done, drawing on my academic background from social anthropology and a life time (probably several) of practicing yoga. Namastè!I believe in "soft leadership" as described by Dan Siegle from Stanford University, which means finding the balance between taking charge while still serving your employees. So instead of seizing the power and ruling with fear, the power is given to you by your subordinates out of trust and loyalty. My competences are that I know a little bit about a lot of different things with regards to building communties. I know to some extend about spirituality, philosophy, yoga, psychology, sales and marketing. Hpwever, what I know a lot about is building bridges between the different fields of study; connecting people with each-other, understanding humans and how we communicate and organize constructively. Hence, my role in the company is basically to hire people that are smarter than me, and then get out of their way and let them do what they are best at. We are all here on Earth to tell our own stories and follow our dreams, and I do not want to be the one who stands in your way, but the one to help you unfold yours. Let us begin regenerating Mother- and Father Earth. <3
