• Painting / coating inspection of steel structural works, pipeline• Responsible for stage wise painting / coating inspection• Undertake QC painting / coating activities in the work place for daily basis.• Checking surface preparation as per Standard SSPC / NACE, and coating on defined stages.• Monitor weather condition for surface preparation and painting / coating application.• Prepare “inspection & test plan” (ITP) for specific project / company requirements/ surface preparation and painting / coating procedure.• Hot dip galvanizing coating inspection in galvanizing plant.• Execute Painting / coating inspection work as per company / project inspection test plan.• To check and monitor all painting / coating related works and ensure all final products meet in accordance with company procedure, client requirement and international codes.• Responsible for incoming coating / painting material inspection and has to ensure whether these materials suits to meets the requirements of project specifications.• Prepare all necessary QA / QC painting / coating documents and handed over to clients review.

• Checking raw materials of pipes, plates, structures –includes material certificate verification, damages, and dents.• Preparing cutting plans for plates, pipes, structures according to drawing requirement• Interpretation of piping/pressure vessels/structures drawings.• Preparing developments for conical ducts, Transition ducts Impellor cone& blades.• Witness of welder qualification. • Checking fit-ups, dimensional checking, orientation checking.• Monitoring welders, PWHT activities.• Visual inspection of welds, suggesting repair methods.• Preparing final inspection reports.• Initiating punch list • Hydro test for pressure vessels and piping• Preparing test packages.• Co-ordination with clients.

Internal and external inspection of Pressure vessel, towers, heat exchangers and expansion bellows as per quality plan which involves pre-inspection, post inspection visual, thickness measurement, MPI, DPT, Baroscopic inspection, hydro test, bubble leak and ultra sound leak test, preparing final inspection reports.Which includes pre inspection, post inspection ,internals &externals inspection, thickness measurement for shell ,dish & nozzle, visual inspection of cladding surface , trays, tray support rings, distributor pipe ,down comers ,baffle plate ,impingement plate, clamps, demister pad ,demister support ring, vortex breaker, gasket seating surface of nozzle, MPI,DPT for weld joints wherever required, final inspection and box-up for saturator ,process condensate decorbanator),quench scrubber,vcm column
