- Qualified Yoga Instructor with the Integral Institute of Yoga in Virginia, USA. - Currently taking further teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) on their Teaching Diploma course, due to qualify in Jan 2011.- Signed up to take the BWY Pregnancy Yoga Module in 2012, allowing me to teach yoga to pregnant students.- Currently running classes throughout the North East of England including Consett, Wolsingham (Weardale), Lanchester, Chester-le-St, and Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
