CurrentI truly believe that yoga tools, including breathing techniques, yoga poses and transitions, mindfulness and meditation, are the best therapy to restore body&mind balance, to keep healthy emotionally, mentally and physically. I offer group and individual sessions in person and online. Moreover, I organise and host wellness-yoga eco retreats that blend my passions for healthy sustainable living, yoga, nature, and travel. This unique combination allows me to offer an exceptional experience to those who share similar passions and are on a transformative journey to discover their true selves.
