Implementation - Develop, maintain and implement business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions and act as an advisor for strategy selection.Effectively manage incidents to ensure minimum/nil business impactConduct the ‘Business Impact Analysis’ of processes to arrive at Recovery Time ObjectiveFacilitate the documentation, review and assurance of individual business continuity plans of business units encompassing 3,000 plus employeesEnsure that the ISO 22301:2012 standards are adhered to in the overall functioning of BCMSTesting and Organizational acceptanceParticipate in ‘Business Continuity Risk Assessments and provide inputs to decide on the rating of each identified risk and capture new risksEnsure all Business Continuity plans are tested by Business Units through periodic Work Area Recovery tests, Call Tree tests, Automated Call Tree tests and Business Integrated Tests and validate the test resultsHandle projects that impact the critical infrastructure required for operationsOptimize the use of critical infrastructure and identify solutions to overcome limitationsConduct and publish internal audit reports for various business units within the groupEmbed BCM culture in the organization through induction training, awareness sessions and campaigns by engaging people in various BCM activities like table-top exercises, drills and floor meetings

Job Responsibilities :- * Controlling all MIS activities in order to meet the information required by our client and staff services* Ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest level in all the process i.e. Credit Cards, Banking, Preferred Banking or Loans.* Making & Publishing Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports at agent as well as centre level preparation of Monthly Dashboard.* Member of "Are You in Control" team responsible for conducting regular audits & checks with respect to access rights granted & data maintenance process followed.* Coordination and completion of "Training" required for the new joinees in order to comply with the standards set by the bank (i.e. ISO trainings, Money Laundering, Fish Philosophy, MIFID, Data Protection Act, Basel II, etc).* Good hand on applications/Software like CMS, MS- Outlook, Lotus Notes, etc

Job Responsibilities :- * Team handling in the absence of Team leader.* Floor supervision - RTQM (Real Time Queue Monitoring) via CMS.* Handling complaints resolution closure calls.* Handling operational work for credit card accounts.* Sharing errors with other team members and giving them feedback and new updates.* To assist team members to achieve their KPI's * Quality checking of the requests raised by executives* Rectification of errors done by teams & generating error reports

Job Responsibilities :- * Handling inbound calls and attending queries of customers across India on various products related to credit cards and banking.* Cross selling banking products over the call to the existing customers.
