sponsible for buying Printed circuit Board (PCB) & die cut parts for all models• Responsible for Purchase order making and follow up as per event quantity.• Arranging material supplies on time for plan fixing.• Support custom clearance by processing required documents for import clearance.• Implementation of ECN with all the trails and approvals.• In case of any ECN, responsible to consume all pre ECN inventory before the ECN implementation• Selling of all dead stock or slow moving import material to minimise the factory inventory.• Co-ordinate with Vendors for quality issues.• Arrange replacement against the rejection in side packing or via DDP shipment.

Responsibilities for all purchasing direct material required for production and BOM items.• Responsible for raising Purchase order & delivery schedule as per finalized price.• Responsible for MRP planning according to sales sale’s plan.• Identifying the critical & important area of delivery failure/quality issues & implementing action against the same.• Prepared cost comparison of material pricing.• Monitored quantity and quality of goods received in coordination with Store.• Day to day co-ordination with Stores for receipt material, Quality for acceptance of material.• Maintained and updated purchasing records by proper filing up of POs and other backups
