• working as a core team member to promote income GENERATION LIVELIHOOD ACTIVITIES FOR woman shg Anoopshahr, district – Bulandshahr, with the support of all district administration/development officers.• Supporting all field teams/BMMUs for carrying mission activities like community mobilization, women SHGThe formation, micro-planning, Identification, and execution of Income generation activities, training, and capacity• building of women SHGs, CLFs, and other CBOs for financial discipline and financial inclusion of SHGs/ CLFs/CBOsPreparing an annual, quarterly, and monthly plan for the supporting block team to implement or Project activities.• Undertake necessary liaisoning and coordinate the implementation of the project with all key stakeholder’s districtAdministration, line department, NGO, technical agencies, banks, etc.)• Coordinate with lead bank/banks for bank linkage of SHGs to support financial inclusion.• Cultivation of cereals, oil seeds, vegetables, flowers, and organic farming through the Woman Farmers Producer Groups (FPOs).• To Develop Value Chains of Dairy, backyard Poultry, Gotery, and cattle farming and proper market Linkage through farmer-producer groups.• To develop farm and non-form livelihoods and their backward and forward linkages to the organized Community.• Facilitating community investment plan informed regarding policies and direction of the project, Assisting/guiding communities in the development of Livelihood Plans, monitoring and supervising the Project activities.• Prepare Proposals, Budgets, Presentations and reports, and success stories related to the program.• Strengthening Self-help groups and Agriculture Cooperatives and facilitating the formation and capacity building of SHG and ACs.• Managing the Mobile Medical Unit and facilitating immunization & Vaccination through ICDS convergence.
