- Provide compassionate counseling services to individuals affected by HIV/AIDS, offering emotional support, guidance, and empowerment.- Promote a helpline number through various channels to ensure easy access to information, resources, and assistance.- Build and maintain a strong network of support, collaborating with community organizations, healthcare providers, and government agencies.- Conduct awareness campaigns and workshops to reduce stigma, increase knowledge, and promote prevention measures.- Advocate for the rights and well-being of individuals affected by HIV/AIDS, contributing to policy development and social change.

- Lead strategic planning and execution of education projects in collaboration with NITI Aayog, aligning with national education goals.- Develop and implement innovative interventions to enhance access, quality, and equity in education across diverse communities.- Foster partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and educational institutions to leverage collective resources and expertise.- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure effective coordination among project teams to achieve program objectives.- Monitor project progress, assess impact, and generate data-driven insights for evidence-based decision-making.

- Managing and coordinating the overall program/Activities of aspirational district Sonbhadra behalf of NITI AAYOG.- Manage different stake holder (Internal as well as External) by stablishing clear communication channel for program related activities.- Build the perspective of teacher/Headmaster on pedagogy and assessment to increase the student learning outcome (as per suggest Student Learning Outcome NITI AAYOG)- Prepare annual and monthly strategic plan framework for education department to improve the quality education with respect of NITI AAYOG Indicators. - Monitored on ground implementation by making regular meeting as well as boost them with support of DM, CDO, ADM and Education department to increase the 8 indicators (as per suggested of NITI AAYOG) for quality education.

- Managing the principal leadership development program in 100 schools.- Supporting pedagogical activities at the location and ensuring successful training and coaching of the headmasters enrolled in PLDP through training, on-job support, etc.- Tracking school development by recording progress of project in own block/zone and creating related documents, participating in weekly/monthly meetings for project review, information sharing.- Supporting various operational activities at the location such as data analysis, workshop designing etc.- To maintain & build partnerships with program stakeholders like State Council for Education Research and Training (SCERT), school management committees (SMCs), Block Resource Centers (BRCs), District Institute for Education and Training (DIET) etc.

- Heading “Adarsh Vidyalaya” project which includes 110 SC Govt. Schools in Banswara district of Rajasthan. - Intervening in academic leadership, library and ICT lab development through conducting different competency-oriented workshops taking principal as the central change agent. - Delivering subject specific teaching and learning content, in both audio & visual medium, developing a consortium for the best practices sharing and regularly monitoring the key metric to catalyze the change effectively.

- Managing Principal Leadership Program on the ground implementation of Program end to end in 40 government schools operating in rural areas while leading a team of 6 Gandhi Fellows. - Design and Facilitate workshop on School Leadership Module for capacity building with Head Masters, Teachers and Recourse Person’s and Master Trainer’s. - Supporting and mentoring Principals and Teachers in the areas of innovative School assembly, Skill Based Teaching, Lesson Plan, Staff Meeting, open Library, reading corners, community outreach to prevent dropouts to make child friendly school. - Tracking Principal and School growth on various leadership parameters such as Personal, Instructional, Organizational and social Leadership and identify the leadership gaps and work with HMs on improvisation on continuous basis to build mind-sets, skills and knowledge to build a strong vision for school culture and achievement.

- All the processes in the fellowship have made me reflective, systematic and self-aware. I have started following the values of rigor, resilience and empathy. Experimentation and exploration have also made me aware of my strengths and weaknesses. - Worked with 5 Government school in Churu Rajasthan. Demonstrated Student Learning Outcome through headmaster leadership. - Establishing open libraries in all my five schools is one of the major contributions I have given to my schools
