• Managing engineering & maintenance services of various vehicles ranging from SUVs, Light & Heavy Commercial Trucks to Mini & Medium size Buses operating under “Harshal Transport”.• Developing & assigning routine check-up process of all vehicles to drivers, advising them about best vehicle use practices for vehicle’s functional longevity.• Carrying out detailed inspection of complete vehicle by checking mechanical & electrical systems & sub systems for smooth operation. • Scheduling appointments at authorized or localized service centers for servicing & repairing noted faults, if any.• Test driving & inspecting vehicle for assurance of perfect servicing & fault recovery. Thus ensuring perfect running condition of each & every vehicle for trouble free transportation service to clients

• Conceptualizing & producing designs of industrial products. • Establishing product requirements by understanding end user needs, preferences & usage. • Analyzing product utility, ergonomics, manufacturing feasibility, cost ... • Developing & Executing design concepts & prototypes through sketching (ideation, concept development, detailing), renderings, photo imaging, modeling … using 2D & 3D tools.

• Performing Field Service activities to support Research & Development (R&D) Team of Kalyani Powertrain Limited, an Electric Commercial Vehicle division of Bharat Forge Limited (BFL).• Conducting Endurance running of all test vehicles by implementing recommended & mandatory testing standards of Electric Commercial Vehicles, maintaining better up time. Monitoring & tracking data, such as, test vehicle run kilometers, run state of charge - soc, electric power / energy consumption in kilowatt-hour for full charge, overall charging time & cost, etc.• Compiling complete data for assessment & evaluation of various records such as SOC/Km, Efficiency in Kwh/Km, Charging cost/Km etc. Sharing these records with R&D Team for data analysis. • Supporting Homologation & Validation process by completely readying vehicle for various tests to be conducted at Certification Centers like VRDE, ARAI, CIRT ...

Project-1• Maximizing rear seat comfort by designing & developing unique & innovative features in existing bench-marked interior of “Mercedes-Benz” Flagship Luxury Sedan.• The objective is achieved through digital sketching & illustration based on CAD model, by developing “Klapptisch (Collapsible Table) Assembly”• This Assembly acts as a “Tisch-pad” in “Comfort” mode while in “Lounge” mode as “Leg-rest” (with additional “Heater & Massager” option), comforting rear passenger luxuriously.Project-2• Designing & Developing concepts for IP/CC of “Mercedes-Benz” Light Commercial (Panel) Van's next generation.• Considering its Mini MPV nature, the project developed around Driver oriented IP/CC theme offering maximum space.• The sketch interpretation of IP/CC is finalized through design sketches & concept development based on CAD mock-up and input from Pre-development Concept Team.

• Creating new theme for IP/CC of “Mercedes-Benz” Iconic Luxury SUV. The project being concentrated on maximizing storage space in Centre Console (CC) besides developing & redesigning IP/CC through concept sketching, renderings & CAD modeling. • The execution is done by replacing & repositioning the traditional hand operated Parking Brake to new generation foot operated Electronic Parking Brake.

In Plant Training at Transmission Product Unit along with successful completion of following projects :-Project-1• Designing “Pokayoke” Device (Poka=Inadvertent Errors & Yoke=To Avoid) for Circlip Fitment of “New Gear Transmission (NGT) 530” of “Mahindra & Mahindra” SUV by developing “Proximity Sensor” & designing “Binary Code Logic”.• The key task being designing Fail Safe System (mistake proofing) to avoid 2WD Transmission Circlip Fitment in to 4WD, as doing so resulting in complete failure of 4WD Transmission.Project-2• Establishing “Broaching” operation for “NGT 520” Gear Sleeve in house to avoid loss of logistics & time, eliminating outsourcing stage.• A setup is established on Hydraulic Press by designing a setup of “Push-type Broach”, Bolster plate & Barrel to carry out “Broaching”, maintaining close tolerance & high accuracy.
