Job Profile:· Preparation of tenders· Sales & Marketing of Silicone Rubber Insulators, increase growth in sale and profitability. DevelopMarket intelligence for generating leads and taking strategic business decisions.· Establish and maintain a high level of customer intimacy by providing best possible values ofCustomers through after sales service.· Business Development through customer delight by competitive price, delivery, quality and customerService and value innovation.· Co-ordinate for Customer Inspections, arrange timely DIs etc.· Co-ordination with the utilities, EPC contractors & IPP for drawing& GTP approvals.· Preparation of the Quotation & independently negotiation with the clients.· Maintaining cordial relationship with customers, timely deliveries, handling/ monitoring customercomplaint, its analysis and finding the root cause.· Identify new market opportunities.

Sales of Cable Accessories like Cable Jointing Kits & Cable End Terminations.· Product Marketing of Insulation Enhancement products for Electrical Equipments.· Coordinates all sales activities, implements sales plans and special promotions to aid theachievement of sales goals through dealer/channel partners’ network.· Preparation of the offer& independently negotiation with the clients.· Identify new market opportunities.· Maximize sales- meeting quota in each month.· Assess & maintain channel partner’s stock as per customer requirement.
