I have completed my industrial training from taj jai mahal palace jaipur.I worked at an authentic Italian restaurant named Giardino. I was part of the food and beverage as well as the food production department . I started to work at the cold section where i used to put up salads and even started to make Handmade pizzas. Here i made authentic italian sauces such as the white sauce, bolognese, jus etc. I even made pastas such as the aglio olio pepproncino with is One of the authentic pastas from italy.and currently i am pursuing my job training from hyatt regency ludhiana,panjab.
