Responsible for Project Acquisition, identifying new Business Partners, Budgeting, IP, Collaborations, Recruitment, Reporting, and Strategy Conceptualization and Execution.

Responsible for developing ML algorithms and building Proof of Concepts. Led Clinical Collaborations and supported Business Development.Key Contributions:1) Segmentation of injured human vertebra using Laplacian Mesh and random forest classifier – resulting in efficient spine surgery planning and reduced surgery time2) Linking unique patient records from multiple sources, modalities, vendors and timelines for analytics – Smart patient profiling with information from multiple sources, that gives doctors access to patient’s historical data, helping them make well-informed diagnoses3) Data mining from unstructured medical records using CTakes & Clinical Natural Language Processing(C-NLP) – Standardizing patient data across hospitals and platforms, for personalized healthcare4) Consulted as Product Owner/System Analyst for Siemens Big-data initiative called DataCloud project – empowering the healthcare ecosystem take effective decisions5) Developed prototype in Mevis-Frontier framework for analysis of multi-parametric MR & PET protocols to evaluate tumor progression and response. Showcased in RSNA 2015.6) Lead two clinical collaborations: Apollo Indraprastha: Total Lesion Glycolysis in PET/MR images for evaluation of tumor response Medanta Medicity: Quantification of hepatic steatosis in living & related liver donors.

Developed ML-based medical image analysis algorithms and supported Business Development.Key Contributions:1) Segmentation of minor vessels in Coronary Angiograms(CA) for cardiac procedure planning and guidance. 2) 3D Supervoxel Segmentation: Extended 2D superpixel implementation to 3D. Robust classification of organs in medical images.3) Rapid contrast inflow detection in 2D X-ray Fluoroscopy using Hessian Approximations using Integral Image Representation.4) Prototype of a novel approach to perceptual video quality enhancement of motion induced fluoroscopy X-ray Images using Eulerian Motion Magnification and implicit Motion Estimation.5) Estimation of Atherosclerosis burden in Diffuse Coronary Artery Disease.6) Blueprint creation for regional Centre of Competence (CoC) for the healthcare sector7) Defined regional strategy for re-positioning Imaging & Computer Vision Technology Field (ICV TF) and established process guidelines for strong integration with global teams by analyzing local ecosystem.8) Worked closely with Collaboration Officer and Clinical Marketing team to identify local market needs.
