Progressing from these initial stages, I evolved into a key figure in designing new projects, spearheading fundraising initiatives for substantial investment projects, and effectively managing cross-functional teams. Leading the fundraising vertical for a prominent skill development organization appeared daunting at first, but looking back, the progress is truly satisfying. The extensive knowledge and experience in the skilling landscape of India, coupled with a profound understanding of key stakeholders, a comprehensive grasp of the skilling project execution process, and insights into challenges and opportunities, serve as a solid foundation. The lessons learned, a insights about do's and don'ts, and the establishment of a robust professional network collectively motivate me to contribute even more significantly to the development and empowerment of the youth.At present, my role involves overseeing relationship management to secure the continued retention of significant investment flagship projects. I am also actively involved in acquiring new projects, crafting customized solutions, cultivating a high-performance team, devising processes and systems to enhance overall deliverable efficiency, implementing operational improvements, participating in third-party audits conducted by prominent consulting firms and contributing to the overall growth of the organization as an integral member of the leadership team.
