 Keep the Director informed of the progress/issues related to work or people, from time to time.  Manage deliveries of printed Books and ensure the contractual/pub plan targets are achieved. Meet or exceed productivity requirements of meeting TAT (turnaround times). Meet or exceed quality standards of any product (printing & binding)  Release all print-ready files to printers whenever required. Respond to any email inquiries from internal and external environment within 24 hours of receipt, and respond in a clear, articulate, and organized manner.  Responsible for Data Management. Share clear and precise job specifications to printer.  Share schedule for each book and ensure printer follow it.

Proof Reading of books, suggestion to authors and editors. Content checking for catalogue .Provide support to Typesetter and graphics designer .I also support to promotional department in their promotional material printing. I have also carried additional responsibility for foreign reprint rights Royalty account management during my tenure.
