General Production Duties: Ensure the correct quality product is produced by production through various checks and measures,these include temperature, mix consistency, pressure, seals, contamination and microbial.Audit and Operations requirements: Daily GMP audits to ensure and verify correct procedures are followed at all times alongwith Pre operational checks to ensure cleanliness and GMP issues are controlled.Quality compliance: Scheduled routine and emergency maintenance tasks are completed with a GMP and quality focus.Training focus: Assist in developing and maintaining a quality focus throughout the workforce through workshops and grouptraining sessions. Quality check - Day old chicken welfare check with quality check and general wellbeing of various poultry and eggs both first andsecond generation.Data labelling - Ensure correct labelling and record keeping for transport and distribution of day old chicken and fertilized eggs.Cleaning and general housekeeping - Ensure cleaning standards are maintained according to the quarantine and biosecurityrequirements.Manufacturing standards management - Comply with GMP and general health and hygiene regulations.
