Analysis of Needs and Requirements • Active listening to find out needs or desires of the customers. • Discussing and clarifying the needs by using questioning techniques (open, targeted, and closed questions). • Based on needs analysis, recommend the best suitable product that meets requirements. • Provide estimation of product or services.3.
