Analysis of Needs and Requirements • Active listening to find out needs or desires of the customers. • Discussing and clarifying the needs by using questioning techniques (open, targeted, and closed questions). • Based on needs analysis, recommend the best suitable product that meets requirements. • Provide estimation of product or services.3. Product Demonstration or Presentation • Able to relate features to advantages and benefits for customers. • Provide proof of the benefits 4. Presentation of Offer • Present offer of the right match to customers’ needs. • Present other packages (e.g., child services ). • Discuss and clarify terms and conditions of offer 5. Handling of Objections/Negotiations • Argumentation focused on customer benefits and not on the price (value for money).6. Closure of Sale • Prepare all necessary documents. • Obtain confirmation.7. Follow ups of the services on vehicle till delivery • Update to the customer by every end of the day what work has been done on the vehicle. • Inspect vehicle before delivery • Preparation of vehicle delivery documentation. • Ensure that the company received the payment.8. Follow-Up After Delivery to Build and Enhance Customer Relationship • Collect customer feedback on the overall sales experience. • Plan follow-up after vehicle delivery (every 6 months). • Reminder of service. 9. Expand Customer Database • Active prospecting of new customers through direct mailing, cold calls, cold visits/canvassing, and referrals.
