12+ years of experience for Supply Chain Management of Various commodities of piping and static equipment in Oil & Gas EPC business.Responsibilities include :• E-Sourcing/Procurement activities including floating of inquiries (through SAP/SRM platform),coordinating all queries of supplier and organise bid clarification meetings, analysing commercial bids with bid comparisons, Commercial terms and price negotiation with vendors, issuing LOI / POs, Expediting for documents & deliveries of items & equipment, coordination with inspection, logistics department.• Change order management for post order changes, review vendor's intermediate and Final invoices• Vendor development and performance evaluation (vendor rating) activities.• Involvement in preparation of Project procurement strategy, bidder list and project specific procurement plan.• Prepare project specific templates for various deliverables of Procurement and develop negotiation strategy.• Progress reporting to project team for procurement activities• Handle non-conformity with vendors.• Maintaining vendor & cost databaseSpecialties: Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Vendor Development, Price negotiation, Costing, Project procurement
