Exploring, identifying & developing relevant business opportunities for commercial space requirements on lease in Delhi/ NCR & Chandigarh region. The objective of the profile was contribution to tenancy in DLF’s commercial assets of 20 million square feet by soliciting large accounts, currently not in DLF Portfolio. As Head for Alternate Channel business I was responsible for entire setup - regional tieups, staffing, organizing & controlling of Modern Trade business for Videocon Telecommunications in Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh.Wide exposure in onboarding channel distributors, budgetting, MIS, Sales strategy planning & driving channel partners to achieve revenue goals. I moved back to Delhi in February '12 to roll out Datacentre, Disaster Recovery solutions & PRI business.

My primary job was revenue enhancement, upselling, cross-selling & key account management.

I was responsible for business enhancement through sales & service in 16 zipcodes in Western Delhi. Client list included of all major export houses, buying houses, coloaders & corporates based in these 16 zipcodes. I was able to achieve a three times growth in revenue through this period.
