In my current role at KGL, I have recently joined a team that works for US Based Printing Press, a US-based client. This opportunity has allowed me to delve into various aspects of pre-press, press, and post-press operations. Some key highlights of my experience include : 1) 100% Accuracy in Pre-press Operations: I am actively learning and implementing techniques to achieve 100% accuracy in pre-press operations. This involves meticulously reviewing and preparing Excel files after printing, ensuring that all copies are timely sent, Packages are accurately delivered, and any necessary adjustments or corrections are made. 2) Press Operations: I am gaining valuable insights into press operations, understanding the intricacies of the printing process. This includes learning about press setup, ink management, registration, and troubleshooting common issues that may arise during printing. I am continually improving my skills in pre-press, press, and post-press operations, striving to deliver exceptional results with utmost accuracy. At KGL we work remotely though RDS Server.

After my internship I got Selected amongst number of candidates at Silver Point Press, a renowned printing company, I gained valuable experience and in-depth knowledge in various aspects of printing operations. Working closely with the team, I actively participated in the following areas: 1)Heidelberg Printing Machines: I acquired comprehensive knowledge of Heidelberg printing machines, including their functionalities, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 2)Fountain Solution and pH Levels: I gained an understanding of the importance of maintaining proper pH levels in fountain solutions for optimal printing results. I learned how to monitor and adjust the pH levels to achieve the desired print quality 3) Paper Types and Usage: I received extensive training on different types of paper and their specific applications 4) Food Grade Packaging and Lamination: I learned about food-grade packaging requirements and the different types of lamination techniques used in the printing industry. 5) Specialized Printing Techniques: I gained hands-on experience in various specialized printing techniques, such as hot foil stamping, digital foil stamping, embossing, raised UV, screen UV, Braile UV, and special color printing. I learned the intricacies of each technique and how to apply them effectively to create visually appealing prints 6) Offset Plate Management: I was responsible for maintaining an Excel sheet for offset plates, including tracking plate usage, reordering, and plate inventory management. This experience taught me the importance of meticulous record-keeping and efficient plate management. My internship at Silver Point Press provided me with invaluable hands-on experience in the printing industry. I developed a strong understanding of printing technologies, specialized techniques, and the importance of maintaining high-quality standards in a professional printing environment.

During the Internship I get to know about Heidelberg Printing Machines, Speedmaster 5 Color and SORSZ 2 Color, I use to wash offset plates, Chek Ph Level of fountain solution check density of ink, Maintain Required room temperature for Error free Print. I learned Shop floor rules & safety conditions for all. I learned to operate Heidelberg Speedmaster & SORSZ also I get to know how to drive Fork lift.

During my internship at NEO Image CTP, I had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of computer-to-plate operations. Working closely with the team, I actively participated in the following areas. Plate Exposure: I was involved in the plate exposure process, where I learned how to handle different types of plates, adjust exposure settings based on plate requirements, and ensure accurate and high-quality plate exposures.This experience allowed me to develop a solid foundation in computer-to-plate operations, understand the importance of precision and attention to detail, and further enhance my technical abilities in the field of printing technology. I had the privilege of working under the supportive and energetic guidance of Mr. Vivek Parker, the farm owner. His leadership style and dedication created a dynamic and inspiring work environment at NEO IMAGE CTP.
